~ BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE ~

2 PACKAGES CHOPPED BROCCOLI, COOKED PER PACKAGE DIRECTIONS, AND DRAINED.
1 CUP MINUTE RICE, UNCOOKED.
2 TBSP MARAGRINE.
1 TBSP ONION
½ CUP MILK
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
½ CUP ~ 4 OZ CHEEZ WHIZ OR MELTED VELVETTA
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. BAKE UNCOVERED FOR 35 MINUTES AT 350. MAY BE TOPPED WITH FRECH ONIONS.
