~ EGG & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE ~
6 EGGS
2 CUPS MILK
4 SLICES BREAD, CUBED
1 TSP MUSTARD
1 POUND SAUSAGE
1 TSP. SALT
1 CUP GRATED CHEESE

BROWN SAUSAGE & DRAIN WELL.
BEAT EGGS, ADD MILK, SALT, MUSTARD & BREAD.
ADD CHEESE & SAUSAGE.
POUR IN 9X13 PAN, REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MINUTES.
LET STAND FOR A FEW MINUTES.
CAN USE HAM OR BACON, COOKED & CRUMBLED.
