~ CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE ~

4 BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST, COOKED
OR CHICKEN OR TURKEY SHREDDED.
1 ~ 10 OZ CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
AND WATER
2 CUPS UNCOOKED MINUTE RICE
2 CUPS BROCCOLI, COOKED
COOK MEAT, ADD SOUP AND WATER AND RICE, STIR. BRING TO BOIL. STIR IN BROCCOLI, COVER AND COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES, OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH. TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE AND SERVE.
